| Sale of puppy contract DATE OF SALE______ I understand that this sale is final no return or refund for the puppy except in the event my vet (meaning the buyers vet) finds a major health problem with the Puppy that is life threatening. I understand that if parasites of any kind are found then it is for me(the buyer) to take care of. In the event my vet (the buyer) finds a major problem I will contact Deborah and the problem will be taken care of by means of my purchase price of the puppy will be refunded or I (the buyer) can choose another puppy. If I buy a puppy with a health problem that Deborah informs me of and writes on the shot record for me to take to the vet then those problems are void in the grantee. I the buyer have 3 business days to take my puppy to the vet to have checked out from the date below is when my 3 days is up.
